Terms of Service

1. Who can use Idforia

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
• You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must review the Terms with you.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Your licence to use Idforia

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Idforia in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable laws.
• Infringe or misappropriate another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use automated means to access, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Engage in fraud, spam, deception, or malicious activity.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
• By posting content, you grant Idforia a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to post the content, including consent from anyone featured in it.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

5. Intellectual property

Idforia's logos, trademarks, and service marks are owned by Idforia. You may not use them without written permission. If you believe your work has been copied, contact ip@idforia.com with a detailed notice.

6. Payments and subscriptions

If you purchase services, virtual goods, or subscriptions:

• All charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
• You authorise Idforia and our payment partners to process transactions using your provided payment method.
• Taxes may apply and will be collected where required.
• We may withhold or reverse payouts suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

7. Third-party services

Idforia may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms. Idforia is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Idforia for any violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, indemnity, and liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Idforia is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Idforia disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Idforia is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to use Idforia in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idforia, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Idforia, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, unless prohibited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the service or email. Your continued use of Idforia after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
